I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a beautiful park right across the street. It was so peaceful and quiet, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, with amazing views over the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of facilities, like a well-equipped gym, to enjoy during my stay.

The only downside was that the lift service was a bit slow, as one of the lifts was out of order.

I particularly appreciated the pillow menu feature, allowing me to choose pillows that suited my specific preferences. the hotel's location on the edge of the historic old town, right across from a beautiful park, was ideal. It provided easy access to explore the city on foot, with wide, pedestrian-friendly streets and fine views.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. upon check-in, the staff did not offer information about the hotel's facilities unless specifically asked.

The hotel is located a bit uphill, but the walk through the Eduardo VII park is enjoyable. The breakfast spread was tasty and the wifi connection was reliable. The concierge staff were really nice too provide excellent service and helpful recommendations. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
